Our Courses and trainingWe have two aims - to help you become more conscious, and to provide you with a framework and tools to enable you to work on your consciousness in your own time at you own pace. We focus on five main forms of human consciousness... Physical Consciousness : awareness of your body and through your body. This is the dominant form of consciousness in the modern world. It includes your familiar five senses, but it also includes the lesser known physical senses, such as your sense of danger/survival, your sense of health and your sense of ecology Emotional Consciousness: awareness of your feelings and through your feelings. This is now fairly well known, through such applications as psychotherapy and counselling, and the self-help movement. It includes emotional intelligence, but it also includes other forms of emotional awareness, such as basic telepathy, which we all have Mental Consciousness: awareness of your mind and through your mind. This is about knowing your mind (its contents, its limitations, and its potential) and about knowing how to use your mind well (for example, clarity of mind, openness of mind, and strength of mind) Intuitive Consciousness: knowing without knowing how you know. Although it includes intuition, it is also about being able to know at a distance, across space or time, without any rational explanation for this. A high level of intuitive consciousness is latent in all of us, just waiting to be developed and used as part of our normal everyday lives Spiritual Consciousness: direct experience and perception of the transcendental aspects of the world and ourselves - i.e. those aspects that are beyond the normal range of our experience and understanding.
